The information on these sites, as well as the collection of samples has the sole purpose of their knowledge, cataloguing and valuation as a reference.
The visit to any of these places requires prior information on the conditions and circumstances to carry out the same and, where appropriate, to have the necessary permits and authorisations.

The Alicante Mineralogical Group (GMA) is a non-profit association created in 2008 by a group of people interested in the exploration, search and location of minerals, mineral collecting and the science of Mineralogy. With its creation, a web page was designed and created in which, in addition to recording our experiences and experiences in the field, we promote the dissemination, study and promotion of the minerals of the province of Alicante and other provinces of our country. Through our website, we are also a meeting point, dissemination and photographic exhibition of minerals and their exchange, supporting and supporting people who are starting out in this hobby, collaborating with primary, secondary and university schools in the organisation and display of didactic mineral exhibitions. Another singular and outstanding aspect of our hobby consists of accompanying and guiding new enthusiasts, whether or not they are members, on outings to look for minerals and to promote collecting and to enhance the value of their significance. That is to say, to verify the use and practical application of minerals in all the objects and goods of our daily life and work. The GMA, through its web page, has a unique photographic heritage made up of more than 144,000 photographs, donated unselfishly by friends and amateurs related to the search for minerals, their authorship and intellectual property being therefore exclusive to the people who have generously donated the images for the content of the web page. On the other hand, the Mineralogical Group of Alicante was a determined promoter in the creation of the Spanish Federation of Mineralogy, for the study, protection and defence of the Spanish mineralogical patrimony. In short, the GMA is a small group of people who are fond of searching for minerals and collecting them, who develop a continuous, effective, efficient and extraordinary activity in the exploration, search and location of minerals. On the other hand, the Mineralogical Group of Alicante was a determined promoter in the creation of the Spanish Federation of Mineralogy, for the study, protection and defence of the Spanish mineralogical patrimony.
